I am convinced that self-awareness leads to greater inner freedom, and thus helps you to live a more fulfilling life. As a psychologist, I am in the fortunate position that the human stories I encounter confirm this every day.

As a practicing psychologist and sex therapist, I consider it an important goal to help make psychology-related knowledge available to the widest possible audience. I try to contribute to this in different ways:
Since 2022, I work part time as a lecturer at Károli Gáspár Reformed University, where I teach courses connected to psychology to a variety of students with different backgrounds and specializations
In the same year, my colleagues and I launched the Under the blanket sex education Instagram page, where we explore a wide range of topics related to sexuality.
