My name is Balázs Kovács,
I'm a certified psychologist, person-centred counsellor, and a specialist in sexual psychology.
It can happen to any of us where we feel that something has to change in our lives, but we just can't make it happen alone.
I am convinced that self-knowledge helps us to live a more fulfilling life.

As a practicing psychologist and sex therapist, I consider it an important goal to help make psychology-related knowledge available to the widest possible audience. I try to contribute to this in different ways:
Since 2022, I work part time as a lecturer at Károli Gáspár Reformed University, where I teach courses connected to psychology to a variety of students with different backgrounds and specializations
In the same year, my colleagues and I launched the Under the blanket sex education Instagram page, where we explore a wide range of topics related to sexuality.
